I don't feel comfortable traveling during COVID-19, how do I get my item to you?

We value our client's safety and we ensure to take the appropriate measures if you come in-store. However, we also are happy to accept shipments to the store so we can work with your item. Reach out to us to confirm shipping details.

I submitted an order already, but I've changed my mind. Can you change the font, thread color, etc.?

We are passionate about our clients being satisfied with their orders. As such, we will reach out to each client to confirm the details of each order to ensure we've got it right (including spelling). This is the time to make adjustments, if needed. After this confirmation is complete, we cannot change the order further.

Last month, I ordered the cutest monogramed sweater, but it's gone now. Can I order more?
